PU Reinforced Suction Hose

Standard Specifications: 25mm-150mm Standard Wall Thickness: 0.6mm, 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C, short-term use up to +125°C.
Features: The product is made of wear-resistant PU material with embedded plastic synthetic ribs. The inner wall is completely smooth to ensure smooth material flow within the hose. Its unique structural design gives it excellent mechanical properties, while the connected PU wear-resistant layer provides good abrasion resistance, maintaining good flexibility even in very low-temperature environments. Advantages over "PU steel wire spiral hose": 1. Very smooth inner wall, reducing flow resistance. 2. The hose returns to its original shape after heavy pressure without deformation. 3. Thicker reinforcing ribs are firmly bonded to the wall, making the hose less prone to damage during frequent dragging on the ground. Disadvantages: Slightly more expensive than PU steel wire spiral hose. Applications: Suitable for vacuuming and suction equipment, and for transporting heavy and abrasive materials in the ceramics and mining industries. It meets the requirements for high wear resistance, high strength, and high flexibility.
